At Wuxi Repicea, we engineer heat exchangers to match real operating conditions. Today we completed loading and shipment of a 30㎡ vertical silicon carbide (SiC) shell-and-tube heat exchanger configured with a double-pass tube side for enhanced cooling performance.

- 304 stainless steel shell tolerates low-temperature freezing brines, delivering chloride resistance and mechanical strength for chilling loops.
- PTFE-lined stainless channel boxes provide a chemically inert, non-stick surface that resists corrosion and simplifies clean-in-place.
- Silicon carbide tube bundle offers high thermal conductivity, excellent chemical resistance, and superior thermal-shock tolerance.

Why double-pass?
Routing the tube side in two passes increases residence time and turbulence, improving overall heat-transfer coefficients and achieving lower outlet temperatures without increasing footprint.
Easy to integrate, reliable to run

- Low-temperature brine cooling and solvent chilling
- Condensation and recovery systems in chemical processing
- Fine chemical and pharmaceutical cooling where corrosion control is critical
Thorough dimensional checks and pressure tests were completed before protective wrapping and dedicated transport to the client site in Shandong.
