At Wuxi Repicea, our production lines are operating at full speed to meet tight deadlines for a new batch of horizontal shell-and-tube heat exchangers. These units, which include both silicon carbide and glass-lined designs, are being assembled and polished in preparation for final coating and testing.

1. Steel-Reinforced, Molded PFA End Caps
Material: One-piece molded with steel backing

Production Details: Grinding and Final Assembly
At present, these units are in the precision grinding and mechanical finishing phase. This includes polishing the welded surfaces, aligning the tube sheets, and preparing the sealing interfaces. Once complete, they will move on to protective coating, pressure testing, and delivery.
